We welcome Sarah Munro to our team!
Sarah Munro joins us with over 15 years of experience in building policy and claims systems. She has built insurance systems for a wide variety of P&C carriers, MGAs and TPAs from Pet Insurance, Auto and Home Insurance, Commercial Lines, and Multiple Lines for one of the largest insurance companies in the nation.
Sarah was a Senior Team Lead and Developer at Maximum Processing having worked there as the 5th employee and growing the company to over 150 employees over 15 years. She made sure to know all aspects of the entire insurance eco-system, from billing, accounting, written premium and claims and even kept track of each of her client’s insurance rules. Sarah enjoys having a full understanding of any new system through excellent documentation prior to implementing. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her daughter, canoeing, marble racing (yes, racing marbles on a homemade track in her backyard), and writing.
