As the boundaries blur between human and digital worlds with technologies like AI, we often talk about what's next in business, product innovation and transforming client experience. But one question which should always be on top of leaderships mind is:
"Are these technologies like AI applied correctly?"
The cost of getting AI wrong extends beyond the financial loss including reputation and brand impacts.
As part of being mindful in leadership, we need to take this responsibility seriously, lay out the framework which will pave the way for providing employees, clients and partners with the tools they need to develop and use AI safely, accurately and ethically.
