Sometimes you meet a person and you know immediately that their energy is contagious - simply being around them makes your day better.

I recently walked into a Subway Sandwich shop and was greeted by an associate with a contagious smile and sincerely happy attitude. Her energy literally was contagious.

Her philosophy: While many things may be beyond your control, you can always choose how you feel and interact with others.
