Attending The NAMIC Commercial and Personal Lines Seminar in Chicago this week and determined to stay on track with my healthy eating habits. Being on the road and surrounded by convention center food can make it challenging, but I'm packing snacks like nuts, fresh fruit, and protein bars to have on hand.
For meals, I'll be seeking out restaurants with lighter fare like salads, grilled proteins, and veggie sides. Drinking plenty of water is key too when traveling. A little planning goes a long way in avoiding feeling sluggish and overly indulging.
