Each policy is treated as a separate account, leading to differences in billing and contact information. This fragmented approach creates inefficiencies and confusion, prompting the need for a streamlined billing process that consolidates all accounts under one umbrella.

Solution: To address this challenge, the Quick Silver Systems team implemented a Master Account Code. This innovative solution allows for the designation of one policy as the Master account, which holds the primary billing details such as name and address. Subsequently, any additional policy can be linked to this Master account by adding the same Master Account Code to its details. This simple yet effective method ensures that all policies connected through the Master Account Code are consolidated into a single, unified billing statement, mailed to one specified location, thereby simplifying the billing process for both the insured and the insurance company.
