The Future is Here But Safety First! Artificial intelligence promises to revolutionize business, but we must proceed thoughtfully.
Data is our competitive advantage so for now, in regard to AI we are keeping it in-house. While we still use AI, if it involves access to private data or intellectual property we are only using in-house models. This may limit our options but we feel it is necessary for data security and privacy.
AI has incredible potential, but it also comes with risks. As leaders, we have an ethical duty to implement new technologies responsibly. The siren song of progress cannot deafen us to issues of data security. Our commitment to data security does not dampen our optimism about AI's bright future. We eagerly anticipate the day when protective measures allow us to utilize public AI models safely.
Stay tuned as we monitor this rapidly evolving field. Someday AI may earn our trust to manage sensitive or confidential data. But for now caution is the wiser path and we will be only using our client data running on models in-house!
